Been in Thailand for 5 weeks.
Got Back Sunday 9am. Back to Aus, the wall crashes down, no more disco, back to TV dinners. Took a Mogadon to chill, blobbed out in front of "Troy" (Brad not as Bad as they said. Not asleep, but drowsy.
Meanwhile Mark, my nextdoor neighbour, is out with his wife, baby, and dog, and his place is burgled. Bright daylight. The place cleaned out. I imagine that Mark will be a bit cooler in his friendship. Not my fault, but I was there the whole time with my front door open (grill locked).
Sydney suddenly seems as susceptible to theft as Bangkok.

Travel stories to be announced soon.

Missed Al Jazeera while away. Fox news not a substitute. All I heard was
"8 killed inside the green zone" "USA assault on Falluja immanent"
Then in taxi to Don Muang heard that Sheik Bin Laden had released a video,
then on Sundy 9 USA blown up.
Somehow reassuring.

The python impressive, but I held a larger one in a Bondi Junction shopping centre.
